About Car Canopy Metal

A shopper wants to know…
Toy cars that came in breakfast cereal boxes?
There were a set of tiny funny cars made of die-cast metal and plastic that came inside cereal boxes in the early 1970s. Each car had a different theme. One looked like a 4-poster canopy bed. Another was called “Baby Buggy” (I think) and had a big blue baby bonnet. What were they called? Where can I find pictures of them on the web?
Please don’t refer me to check Google. If I didn’t check Google already, I wouldn’t be asking this at YahooAnswers.

What is the best kit airplane?
What is the best kit airplane?
A friend of mine wants to build an airplane from a kit. He is a very experienced instrument rated pilot. He has done some research already but wants to know what others think is the best plane to build on your own from a kit. He wants to build a two-seater, preferably.
**a real plane, not a remote controlled one
He usually flies below 10K feet high, prefers flying up to 200mph, typical trips 100 to 600 miles, Little to no aerobatics? enclosed bubble canopy or cabin-style is fine, Both high wing or low is fine (he currently flies high wing) Metal construction, Tricycle gear, STOL would be bonus but not necessary, fixed gear, Vintage replica not important, My friend is IFR rated but a VFR setup is ok, Side-by-side seating, non LSA, A “51% rule” partially constructed kit, Willing to by necessary tools, limited metal working skills, 2 car garage for shop space preferred…but hanger is an option, prepared to put 10 hours a week for 3 years into a “kit plane”, $75,000 price range.

I agree with others.
Vans would be my choice hands down. Helped a friend work on the tail section on a fast build kit. Very straight forward metal construction. Wish I had the time to build one.
Very large network of builders.
Good Luck
My compliments on a well presented question. Very detailed and informative unlike so many here on Yahoo! Answers.

Does anyone have a good story line for my book?
I normally have tons of ideas flowing through my head, but as of right now I’m completely stuck! please don’t answer that “If I had any ideas I would use them myself” or “You should come up with your own ideas.” Yeah, i know this much. SORRY!! i feel bad about asking, but PLEASE HELP! i Just need to build off this. It’s going to be something kind of like “THe Mortal Instruments Series” If you’ve read that. So read this and then give me ideas to add to it. It’s a fantasy genre (mainly.) Thanks in advance!
Waiting…is boring. Rain falls over the woods, the razors of water striking at the canopy over my head as I wait, pattering like a hand on a door. In the distance thunder murmurs quietly to itself, not yet ready to let leash on me. And my wait wears on.
A car’s headlights slice through the night, illuminating watery drops that strike the ground. I am in the shadows behind a huge oak, an 8-foot diameter. The ancient tree’s cousin’s guard all along the edge of the forest like guards does a castle. It’s very…special. Really special.
Then I hear him…the quiet brush of a hand on water leaves. He’s walking along the edge; square with me, but over a half mile away. Then I notice the speed-up in his pace as he begins to sprint. I have a two minute wait, maybe. I begin to tuck my hat into my bag. The ski cap drips with water that slips down my bomber jacket and leather skinny jeans then into my military boots. Brushing my long, black waves out of my eyes with my lacquer-gloves I tied the hair back into a low braid and wind it into a bun. My midnight blue eyes glitter as I listen to him growing closer.
Then he appears, his breathing is barely interrupted even though he just sprinted close to ¾ of a mile. “Gemma, hi.” He smiles at me, white teeth gleaming in the low light. I dash over to him and smother him with a hug, our wet bodies clinging together. He smells like metal and wetness. I inhale deeply. “I’m find Gem…calm down.” But his hands are shaking slightly and I reach around, taking them off my back and rubbing my hands against them.
“Let’s go home,” I beg. He leads me through the damp foliage and out into a clearing. In the center in a patch of foggy moonlight is a mo-ped, the color of the sky in daylight.
“Get on, Gemma.” I do and he hands me a helmet that I position on my head. Then I hear the quiet purr of the engine and he’s zooming down the deserted street. We fly across the land, rain slicing at us all the way. First there’s a prairie, empty of anything. Then we curve down a dirt road that snakes across the barren landscape like a scar. When we reach the end of this, I begin shivering. I want to say I’m cold but he’s such a boy I don’t think I could and not grow red in the cheeks so I keep quiet. Now we are rolling over hills, the flowing movements making my stomach drop and then rise, drop and then rise. And finally, FINALLY, we see the Victorian house in the distance, a small yellow dot on the horizon.
We zipped over the last hill and into a pine forest, the spikes scratching at us as we drove. The rain stopped, the storm holding off. As the night wore on and we grew closer my shivers subsided into just random racks that flew through my body randomly. Then we broke through the last of the trees and a mile away was the huge estate. By now we were speeding down a long brick driveway that wound through the grass and up to the door. “We’re here,” he announces to our small caravan: just him and me.
Thanks for reading!
Please help! Thanks.

In 1969, faeries broke through the seal protecting our mortal realm because of the Moon Landing. The protagonists are looking for artifacts that are needed to combat the faeries. Unbeknownst to themselves, they’re half-fey themselves, and (half)brother and (half)sister. The one is half redcap, the other one is half unseelie fey.
The artifacts are hand-crafted and complex pieces of Victorian machinery, made by historical figures that fought the faeries and finally managed to seal them away for a time. Lovecraft fought them, as did Jules Verne, Nikola Tesla, Leonardo daVinci, Archimedes, Edgar Rice Burroghs and H G Wells. Some documented their exploits in fantastic stories. Morloks, Eloi, Thulsa Doom? Faerie, all of them. Sometimes, research through comics, pulp fiction, crazy concept drawings and ancient mythology is needed to decipher how to fight certain faerie.

This is what I was able to find so far. If you could find out the name of the cereal it would help with the search.
Cracker Jack boxes often contained prizes in them, well before the boom of breakfast cereals. In the 1950s, 1960s, 1970s, and 1980s, the prizes were often action figures, plastic knick-knacks, puzzles, Matchbox-type toy cars, and even cut-out phonograph records on the back of the box.[1]
I found this too and did not check it out. Maybe you can spend this week-end checking it out {joke}as there are over 300 pages.
