Is my dog really 3? or a lot older?

We adopted a Female GSD almost two months ago. They said she was 3, and they gave us her recent vet records with her Birthday on it. They only had her for six weeks, they took her in with another Male GSD that was 1. They were living in a pretty bad home, she was being bred so they could make money off the pups. They fed them table scaps, and I am pretty sure they did not take them to the vet.
Since we took her in, we feed her ‘Diamond’ dog food, and she is UTD on shots, she itches a TON we give her Benadryl which is not helping, give her oatmeal bathes, conditioning spray, I brush her teeth, she is spoiled! She is great! But she lost two of her bottom teeth, then the other day another one fell out! She cries (moans) sometimes when she gets up, or has to get on the bed or back of the car (smaller SUV) She does not act like a vibrant 3 yr old. She seems to be 7 or 8 years old. My Mother doesn’t think she is 3. She said she has to be a lot older. We are keeping her no matter what, but we want to know if there is a way to find out? So we have an idea. She has an orthipedic bed we got for her, to make her more comfortable. Now lately she has been going in our Sons room and going under the tent part (it is a canopy bed that looks like a tent) and laying under there. Almost like she is going off to die or something. We are getting really scared. All of us would be devastated if she was about to pass away.
If your just going to respond in a stupid way, then don’t bother. I have taken her to a vet since we got her. She didn’t say anything about her age. She treated her with antibiotics for a infection she had when I adopted her. I am asking if there is anyone here that has had an older or younger GSD and basically how they acted at 3 and an older age. But getting on YA and asking a question, is the same reason you get on YA and ask a question. why do you answer if you think ppl shouldn’t listen to strangers?!

Dinosaurs and ’round earth’ in bible?

How is the bible able to describe dinosaurs and a round earth?

Job 40:15-18

Does the Genesis account of creation agree with quantum and space physics?

A smart dude remarked that how could plants survive when the they were created before the suns and the starts were created.

In that way God brought light out of darkness(the ancients could not have seen this), visible light out of radio waves. Evidence of the radio waves are the hiss of residual radiation that is recorded by antennae set up to observe stars.

This light from the gas columns were able to support the plant life on earth. Then later from the light God created stars and the sun and around these stars was darkness.

Then God said, “Let there be lights in the firmament of the heavens to divide day and night. The result was that the incandescent gases formed balls of gases.These became the lights and this is latter part was observed recently.

Heck they may not know how it was formed but some one knew. The thing is no bright flash of light has been observed. Not only that while Europe was saying the world is flat Isaiah has hundreds of years talked of what the people who went to the moon observed.

Firstly all you guys are all very intelligent and there isn’t enough room here to deal with your questions especially the detailed answers. As for why did God go through a process? To demonstrate his power. So that guys would observe things with their expensive telescopes and be baffled then he would say I told you so.

The theory of big bang theory is like a rookie dude hitting a hole in one in all the eighteen holes of Augusta during a hurricane.

As for matter being there we would have to ask what caused the big bang to happen when it did. Why did it happen earlier or later? Why was there a big bang and not several big bangs? And why don’t we have big bangs these days?

In future my guess is that we will observe incandescent gas clouds forming in areas where there is no matter, IR radiation absent.
As for accounts of creation there is only one which I know of the animals before man, the other one belongs to the top contributor. The one in chapter 2 and three does not say that man was created before creatures but only that after man was created they were brought to him for naming. Don’t rush like a bull, there might be a wall behind the red sheet.

earwigs are invading!?

this year we are doing some stay-cationing and have a tent set up in the far part of the backyard. every single night the pockets that the tent poles go through and beneath the canopy gets a disturbing number of earwigs. ive never had this problem camping before. i dont mind them in the gardens but every morning im having to knock them out, fortunately to date only 3 have made it into the tent but its the number on the outside thats grossing me out. i know they dont bite and i dont want to spray my entire yard. i need something i can spray directly on the tent or around it to keep them from camping out with us.
